We collect only the information you submit through our contact form: name, email, organization, organization type and your message. We use it to respond to your request and to scope a possible engagement.
Contact details are used to reply to inquiries and to administer training engagements. We do not sell personal information and we do not use submitted details for unrelated marketing.
Climate audits and competency assessments are conducted with client organizations under a written engagement. Reporting to a client is aggregated at the group or campus level unless the engagement specifies otherwise.
Inquiry records are retained while a request is active and for our ordinary business records thereafter. You may request correction or deletion of your inquiry details by contacting us.
All programs are non-clinical professional training and capability development (NAICS 611430). We do not diagnose or treat, and we do not maintain clinical records.
