Scope of services

The Positive Discipline National Hub provides non-clinical professional training and capability development (NAICS 611430): facilitator formation, educator training, implementation licensing, corporate workshop units and access to a trilingual digital learning library.

Methodology attribution

Positive Discipline® is a methodology developed and maintained by the Positive Discipline Association (PDA), a 501(c)(3) organization based in Atlanta, Georgia. What we develop and license is our own implementation program built on that methodology. We are an independent implementation practice and are not an agent, affiliate, or official representative of the PDA.

Engagements and licensing

Institutional network licensing is invoiced annually per network unit. Corporate workshop units are quoted per engagement. Scope, deliverables and reporting cadence are set out in the written engagement for each client.

Subscriptions

Digital subscriptions are personal to the named seat holder and may not be shared outside the seats purchased. Institutional seats are administered by the client organization.

Intellectual property

Our implementation playbooks, competency instruments and curriculum materials remain the property of the institute and are licensed for internal use by the client during the engagement term.

No clinical or legal advice

Our programs build skills and assess environments. They are not clinical services, do not constitute diagnosis or treatment, and are not legal or medical advice.
